SUMMIT is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, but from time to time you may need a little extra guidance. If you have a question or need support with a SUMMIT feature, there are several helpful resources available to you.

Start with the Help Page
Your first stop should be the Help page within SUMMIT. It contains clear, step-by-step guidance to help you navigate features and resolve common issues quickly and independently.

Tailored Support for Leaders and Booking Secretaries
If you are a Leader or Booking Secretary, dedicated resources are available to support your specific role. Visit the Leader Help page for role-specific information, tips, and best practices.

Connect with Your Regional Champion
Each region has a designated Champion who can provide additional assistance and local support. Champions are experienced users who are happy to help answer questions and point you in the right direction.

If you still need help, you can reach out directly to our volunteer support team:

  • Login to SUMMIT
  • Select Service Desk from the left-hand menu
  • Click New to submit your enquiry
